Position Summary: The Customer Success Advisor to guide existing and prospective customers to sell the value that our client’s products and services offer.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn products and services offered and develop an understanding to how to configure and train others on product features.
- Master the process from implementation to integration.
- Develop and test knowledge of the industry and its regulations.
- Attend implementation and account management events.
- Manage the implementation process while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate and document customer enhancement ideas to help build stronger customer solutions.
- Generate referrals and leads to the sales team to drive portfolio growth 20%+.
- 2–3 years’ SAAS enterprise customer success.
- Positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated, competitive self-starter.
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skill set.
