Position Summary:  The Customer Success Advisor to guide existing and prospective customers to sell the value that our client’s products and services offer.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn products and services offered and develop an understanding to how to configure and train others on product features.
  • Master the process from implementation to integration.
  • Develop and test knowledge of the industry and its regulations.
  • Attend implementation and account management events.
  • Manage the implementation process while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate and document customer enhancement ideas to help build stronger customer solutions.
  • Generate referrals and leads to the sales team to drive portfolio growth 20%+.

 Essential/Desired Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years’ SAAS enterprise customer success.
  • Positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated, competitive self-starter.
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service skill set.
