Client Description: Our client is an investment advisor managing a variety of global corporate and individual portfolios.
Position Summary: The Associate will be responsible for working with the sales, marketing and portfolio management teams to handle operational tasks including coordination, project management and client requests for product support.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update CRM system to inform advisor clients and prospects of portfolio-related changes.
- Maintain website content and content on social media.
- Utilize internal accounting and performance measurement system.
- Assist the operations team reconciling accounts.
- Follow-up on all client related problems including resolutions and updates.
- Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing presentations for portfolio managers.
- Resolve all administrative and operational issues.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
- Ability to learn a vast quantity of information quickly.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Advent Axys a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
